Beyond traditional birth classes
The Meyer Method combines physiology, psychoeducation, and hands-on techniques to give couples a deeper understanding of birth and the tools to navigate it consciously, calmly, and together.
Designed for those seeking more than standard antenatal education, this intensive course focuses on knowledge, embodiment, and practical application – grounded in evidence-based regulation techniques, applied mental strategies, and physiological pain management tools.
