The Meyer Method’s intensive 1-day birth preparation course is designed for couples who want an efficient and concentrated training session in the method’s techniques. We build on your existing knowledge using the Meyer Method’s unique formula for creating confidence through knowledge, strategies, and techniques – going straight into hands-on training, so you become confident in applying the method in practice.
🔹 Who is it for?
This course is for those who already have a basic understanding of childbirth, either because:
✔ You have given birth before and want a refresher
✔ You have previously attended a Meyer Method course
✔ You want an effective and focused review of the techniques
✔ You have read the provided material and watched the hospital’s informational videos in advance
🚨 Not recommended for those with birth anxiety or trauma – we suggest a longer course instead.

PLEASE NOTE: You will get coffee, tea and snacks, but will have to bring your own lunch or buy it in the neighbourhood in the 1h lunch break. This is also this class is scheduled for 6h, even though there will “only” by 5h of teaching.
